She is so fantastic! Thank you for posting this lecture. I am so glad to have come across your site today, as this is certainly what I needed to hear as I trudge through my own writing.
I am a recent expat in Italy, and just took on a job translating a manuscript. I would love to keep in touch with you as my months in Italy turn to years. You seem to have a pretty good grasp of picking up writing work. I have recently come to terms with the fact that writing continually presents itself as the inevitable direction of my life. An idea I once scoffed at due to its lack of steady employment, but now embrace as my only means of creative outlet.
I have only read a few of your postings, but I have already gained so much. Thank you.
Cordiali saluti,
Nicole Ruskelle
